Just what was Ginger-wolf trying to do at the end? She was letting Sam recover while she and Brigitte drank his blood. So, all three of them would have been infected. When Brigitte rejects whatever Ginger-wolf was trying to do, Ginger-wolf kills Sam and tries to kill Brigitte.
It looks like she was trying to form a pack. Sam's blood was supposed to be something like another blood oath.
Now, if Sam recovered, were the sisters supposed to share him? After everyone transformed? That seems to be the scheme Ginger had.
And I'll admit now that I'm just trying to bring people back to the site, but this is a real thing with the movie and its odd ending.

I think the idea that Ginger-wolf wanting to form a pack sounds good. Werewolfs are pack animals, so maybe she was looking for mates to join and since B was already infected and Sam knew about all the wolf stuff, she thought they were the best to begin with.
I like the new blood oath thought. The reason why B rejected may be because she saw, what she will become and her transformation wasn't that far advanced to accept this. ble I dunno if they were supposed to share Sam but it seems this way. But it's also possible, that they would have been looking for other persons to bite and change to enlarge the pack.
