I was looking at the IMDB for Ginger Snaps, and found a list of 'Goofs'. I just thought they were quite interesting.
Continuity: The amount of serum in the last syringe.
Continuity: When Brigitte and Sam are running through the house trying to find Ginger as a Werewolf, every window they pass has light shining in, even though it's supposed to be late at night.
Continuity: When Bridget is taping Ginger's tail to her leg she puts one strip on her leg, In the next shot there are three.
Continuity: In every scene that Sam is smoking he takes a drag but when the camera changes angle no smoke comes back out of his mouth.
Continuity: When Ginger and Brigette are buying tampons, Ginger takes the box from Brigette twice without once giving it back.
Continuity: When Bridgette traps Ginger in the bathroom the door swings outward. In every scene before that the door swings inward.
Continuity: When Brigitte finds that Ginger has broken out of the bathroom, there is considerably less blood on the door than before Ginger breaks out.

Continuity: When Brigitte and Sam are running through the house trying to find Ginger as a Werewolf, every window they pass has light shining in, even though it's supposed to be late at night. This one isn't a continuity error. This is a creative decision. They have light coming in (it is a full moon, the house had outside lights, you know that from the Trina scene) but there's hardly sunshine outside. You don't get that impression. It's one of these things that give the scene a dream-like feel. I love it, in fact, I use this very detail in my fanfic. SPOILER I'll use an example from another movie: in "The Decent," there's a scene where a character falls into a huge pool of blood. I thought it was ridiculous, until I realized, it did not really happen. The character is fighting in total darkness against horrible creatures. What happened there was the impression the character had: as she went insane. Continuity: When Bridget is taping Ginger's tail to her leg she puts one strip on her leg, In the next shot there are three. This isn't continuity. This is just the magic of editing. For anyone who views movies, they know scenes aren't completely linear. Continuity: In every scene that Sam is smoking he takes a drag but when the camera changes angle no smoke comes back out of his mouth. Same as the previous, though it's a little more jarring. Continuity: When Bridgette traps Ginger in the bathroom the door swings outward. In every scene before that the door swings inward. I think even John Fawcett points this one out. Continuity: When Brigitte finds that Ginger has broken out of the bathroom, there is considerably less blood on the door than before Ginger breaks out. I got the impression that Ginger licked up her own blood. I could see her doing that.
