A very understated plot element in this movie is the fact that Brigitte lost the picture of the werewolf for at least a week, and probably three.
Did Ginger ever see the picture? She probably could not have gone into denial and blown off what Brigitte said if she had if she had. How would the plot have been different.
The other thing, would Brigitte have been in as much denial as Ginger if she hadn't seen the picture? Probably.
I think the fact that one had seen something the other hadn't created the tragic separation between them. By the time Brigitte has the picture again, Ginger is already growing a tail, they had already lost three weeks.

... Aliens I tell yeah! ;D
I'm joking, but honestly, I don't know. It's probably just a plot hole.

It's another facet to the plot. A plot hole is when you have an event or character occur in the plot that is difficult or impossible for the audience or reader to explain. It disrupts the flow of the story, and makes "believing" the story impossible. For instance, when Sam approached Brigitte with the picture, if he had expressed to Brigitte that he knew she needed his help, that would have created a plot hole. How did he know that? The picture is a plot element. Fact is, her losing the picture was a late revision to the story. They had to change a lot of the scenes involving Sam and Brigitte. The picture getting lost ended up in there during the process. But I think it adds to the story. By the way, Chapter 6 has been up since last night.

That's true. I don't think Brigitte would have noticed as quick, but she still would have noticed without the picture since B and Ginger had such a close bond.
I'm glad they picked that as a way to get Sam and B to talk. In the other versions B went up to Sam first, which would have been pretty out of character for her. Having a picture of the werewolf was a great idea.
Hmm I wonder where Sam put the picture though. He didn't give it back to B, right? That would make a cool story about someone finding the picture lolz.

Having a picture of the werewolf was a great idea. Hmm I wonder where Sam put the picture though. He didn't give it back to B, right? That would make a cool story about someone finding the picture lolz. Even in the 1998 version of the script, she hits the werewolf and the camera flashes a picture. From reading it and looking at the attack scene, it looks like the camera-flash was initially just a device that allowed the sisters to get away from it. It dazzled and blinded the beast. Otherwise, there was no way they were both going to escape. No way. It turned at Brigitte simply because it got annoyed, not because she was hurting it. Actually, Sam did give it right back to Brigitte. What she did with it from there never comes up. But the next scene, Ginger is growing a tale, and Ginger shortly makes up with her sister after that. Yes, she would have noticed, but actually believing it and not buying in to Ginger's denial would have been more difficult. Ginger wanted most not to believe it, and society was on her side. What would have happened in the scene with "Did I change last night? Howl at the moon . . . " if Brigitte would have pulled out that picture?

Thank you sir. And I can start working on the fanfiction again. I'll start writing, and send it later.
