Just like you guys wanted I was able to get the original script for you which was written in 1993, and the current draft that was written in 1998...I think the ending to the original draft is much better than the current. it leaves the end open a lot more. leaves you with more anticipation for the next movie. it also wraps up some unanswered details...well, you decide for yourself... here they are...but please heed the disclaimer... lol, the part in the Original draft where Pam and Henry's arguing about who's fault it is that Ginger and Brigitte ain't menstruating really cracks me up ;D
And Ginger tosses a pig brain at Trina's head, lol.
She also later on feed Trina with crushed glass and tacks, haha, I thought it was just some bullshit that Brigitte said she wanted to do to her without really meaning it, and then Ginger really does it... OMG She's also eating Trina to make her fit in the grave, lol, there's so much fucked up.. ha-ha.
They do freeze some of the remains also, and Pam makes dinner of Trina without knowing it.. Gro-ooosss.
After reading all of it, I do understand why a lot of it was rewritten, and the way they treated Sam.. gee, that was awful, that poor guy, he was like the "scapegoat"

I really like a lot of the original. but at the same time I didn't. 50/50. I think they should have kept more from the original.

It's really interesting reading what the original was. They sure changed it a lot.

Those where so awesome!
I'm really glad they changed it, the plot, particularly the dog hunting was slightly cooler in the original, but the characters where way less interesting.
And the amount of subtext in the second one boggles the mind. Whoever wrote the lesbian subtext thread on imdb would have a field day with it.

lol, yeah... It would been more like this Evil Ed movie if they had not changed it, just with a little more interesting plot, lol.

Yeah the naration was cool. Do you think if they kept the original that we'd all be here right now obsessed with it? haha.

I loved the "unsolved mysteries" skit at the end of the original draft. that was awesome, they should've kept that theme throughout the movie...although it would've been very stereotypical...maybe it is just best left to the imagination. I used to love watching that show when I was young.

I like the theatrical ending. It's really sad.
