Well, instead of hunting deer and oter things with rifles, they get fairly "hands-on", if you get what I mean.

Well I guess they would use knives and maybe a bow and arrow...but I don't see the need for any other weapons getting involved ;D

No. I got what you meant, but I figure since their claws probably aren't that great they may need the assistance of knives. Not that hands won't be used extensively. (Lord, do we need a devil smiley on this board). And guns ruin horror movies!

Hey, as long as they're hungry, and they have wolf instincts... (walks off whistling)

Do you have any idea how thick the hide of a deer is?!

No, but I do have a pretty good idea. And if they were at the half-way point of transformation like Ginger, with the sharpening teeth and the claws forming...

Plus raw meat is really chewy, and that's not even counting all the tendons, so I think knives would be, if not necessary, at least a good idea.

Oh well, it doesn't really matter. But remember: Ginger ate a dog...

Hmm, this is true. But then there's a big difference between a tiny little dog like Norman and a full grown deer.

There are other, much larger dogs, eaten by the fully changed werewolf. Trinas dog was pretty big, but we never find out what happened to it. I think the only dog Ginger really ate was Norman.

Right, that makes sense. So you think Trina's dog got neck-snapped, like in the script?

Maybe. It also could have been gutted, drowned, or released to roam free in the wild. I guess we'll never know.

well, I for one think she did do trinas dog too.. as god explanation as any I guess... Or maybe she locked, gutted, drowned, or released the dog somewhere knowing Trina would appear at their house...

I don't think she knew Trina would appear at her house, I don't think that was the intent at all. She was probably just kidnapping the dog like they planned to do in the beginning.
