Agreed. I think that if Sam would go to the unnecessary trouble to make them for us, we should agree to let the point drop as it appears to be quite a criticism of his work. Maybe a thread for debate, separate entirely from his endeavors and respected and treated as such could be started.

I think that they might be skulls from the "Little Raven," which lives in Australia. The shape is similar. But, for the necklace I made, I used a common Raven skull. It's not quite the same, but it makes it a little more unique (which I felt was what the sisters wanted, to be different).

I love the necklace you made, it's awesome That's a real skull you used? (i ask because I've heard of people making replicas of the raven skull) Although some people claim that real raven skulls are usually to fragile to wear. . .

The skull I used was made of some kind of plastic called "Bone Resin." It's tougher than real bone, and won't slowly rot. Also, this way I needn't kill anything. My brother made one also, and his is a little different than mine, but he's not on this forum.

Hey, for anyone who has a bird skull necklace and is on FaceBook, I have a group you can join. You must post a picture of yourself wearing it though.
