Movies like to play with this, was she a ghost or a hallucination, but how do you know a ghost doesn't exist simultaneously on the outside and in people's minds? Maybe she was Brigitte's hallucination and something external. I mean, if it can haunt a house, can it haunt a person's mind as well?

Something I noticed about Ginger's Ghost (or Brigitte's imagination or whatever) is that towards the end of the movie, she was starting to look really sickly. I think it was because the bond between them was breaking even further.. I never thought of that. I just thought Ginger's physical changes as a ghost/hallucination paralleled Brigitte's. In the end, Ginger looks exactly like she did at the final dinner table scene from GS1.
