Here we continue to look into the history of the movie as we did in the Historical Context tread in the Ginger Snaps Back section. We'll try to figure out if there is indeed a hidden something in this movie as well, intensional or unintentional.

The symbolism in this movie is puberty. I'm not sure there is anything else.

(starts to walk forward before realising he's at the top of the shop's steps, falls down, and smashes into heavy old table)
OWW!! Ah, GAHHhH! Ah
(finds peanut)
Ooh! A peanut! Wow, if I wasn't in this much pain from having a flattened nose right now, I'd be enjoying it a bit more!

Well, I usually come up with that kind of stuff if I'm bored, but that "peanut" thing is a joke I got from the Simpsons.

In America they have 'this is your brain on drugs' and have pictures and train wrecks and frying eggs and stuff, and one of them involved a cheese puff ("Look! A cheese puff!"). I can't really remember more then that.

The only thing that I can think of like that is the "Beetlejuice" moment in Scary Movie 2.
