That's got to be weird. But maybe it's not so bad? You can close one eye to see the farther things and the other to see the closer things.
I actually know nothing about how eyes work. Sorry about your freind though.

I have no idea how eyes work either, so it's okay aha. And thanks. She's doing alright right now cause she wears glasses now... but she kinda hates them lolz.

It has to do with the shape of the eyeball. If it's too long or too short, the image doesn't hit the retina in the proper focus. One of her eyeballs is too short, the other is too long for the lens focus.
I have heard that they wonder if they have the ability to give people super-vision with lens augmentation. They wonder if they could give a person the ability to read a newspaper from a half-mile away.

Cool. But can you imagine the horrors if it's given to 13 year old boy's. A woman's privacy will be a thing of the past.

Pahahah!!! That'd be cool though, but what if you wanted to just read something normally? Would it be super large looking? Ahahaha
Ugh my eyes are messed up too though.
Contacts are the most annoying thing ever and I have a scary contact story, well, it was scary to me aha.
I'm hoping when I'm older and have more money I might try lazer eye surgery... but I donno... my teachers have told me about it. If you have good eyes you are lucky!

Some people at my school have to read extra larges texts otherwise they don't see it right. But I guess it has something to do with dyslexie (don't know if it's spelled right?). I have contacts too and they can be very annoying. They're not equally sharp so that's annoying. When I close my right eye I see sharper than when I close my left eye. Epilklow what's your scary story? Let's see if it's scary to us too . Laser eye surgery seems really scary to me. Because then you're laying down with your eyes wide open and you'll be able to see and maybe feel everything they're doing. I'd rather wear contacts my whole life .

It would be great distance vision but not X-ray vision. Unfortunately most people leave their blinds up an curtains not closed >.< Damn forgetfulness. Some people at my school have to read extra larges texts otherwise they don't see it right. But I guess it has something to do with dyslexie (don't know if it's spelled right?). Yeah I think it's spelled dyslexia. It sounds bad to have. I have contacts too and they can be very annoying. They're not equally sharp so that's annoying. When I close my right eye I see sharper than when I close my left eye. Epilklow what's your scary story? Let's see if it's scary to us too . Gah, yeah! I think that's with mine too. I think my... left eye is sharper. I envy my brother. He's the only one in our family with good eyes Ahaha but oh man.. my story. Well last month.. I think it was, maybe longer, I decided to grow my nails. They were kind of long and one day I decided to wear my contacts for the afternoon. Everything was fine when I put them in, but later that night when I went to take them out it was a different story. It doesn't help that I'm REALLY bad at taking them out, the way you have to slide and then pinch them... *shivers* aha. Anyways I got the right one out after poking my eyes for about three minutes then I was on to the left one. So there I am, I got the left one half out of my eye (BTW I'm sorry about how disturbing this sounds) and so I'm pinching it and trying to get it out and then all of a sudden my nail DIGS into it and the lens splits in half!!! One half was stuck in my eye and the other was on my finger and I'm just standing there like, O________________O Laser eye surgery seems really scary to me. Because then you're laying down with your eyes wide open and you'll be able to see and maybe feel everything they're doing. I'd rather wear contacts my whole life . Lolz awww. My teacher told me.. (WARNING THIS IS GROSS) that the worst part was that she could smell her own eye burning

Haha you're story is funny and scary at the same time. I always hate putting them in, sometimes my eyes get irritated and it takes forever to put them in without my eyes protesting. Taking them out is easy for me, never really had a problem with that thankfully. But I don't think I'm ever gonna get long or fake nails because of putting in and taking out lenses. Because I don't like wearing my glasses all day long. Holy O___O That's gross!!! Ok now I'm definitly never gonna do it! Oh and after hearing that, you still wanna do it someday?

That must suck. Sometimes I have an eyelash trapped in my eye, hate it when that happens. Always afraid I'll scratch my eye open.

Ooooh, eyes! Funneh! Actually I have dyslexia, got better though I remember back when I first started school and we learned about the alphabet, I could not for the love of god see the difference between "b" and "d" haha. Took me years to finally get it. Strangely I had the same problem with "Å" and "Æ"... I don't get it now though, it ain't that hard, haha. My eyes, they are good, I am very long-sighted... Is that right? hehe. So I need to hold books at arms length to read and stuff. The only problem with my right side eye, is that when I was a kid, I was standing behind a buddy holding an Ice shard, a damn sharp one too. And then suddenly he decided to throw it. So when he jerked his arm backwards, he actually stabbed me right in the eye with it. Hurt like shit. And now I have this, ehh, tiny spot, a tiny tiny spot that is kind of blurry.

My eyes, they are good, I am very long-sighted... Is that right? hehe. So I need to hold books at arms length to read and stuff. I think you're near-sighted. I'm far-sighted so I can't see things well that are far away... but my eyes are getting so bad I think I'm near-sighted too lolz. I need to eat some carrots. So when he jerked his arm backwards, he actually stabbed me right in the eye with it. Hurt like shit. And now I have this, ehh, tiny spot, a tiny tiny spot that is kind of blurry. DAAAMMNNNNNN Glad you're okay! Minus the blur spot. Oh my..

DAAAMMNNNNNN Glad you're okay! Minus the blur spot. Oh my.. Actually, Boehlke would be farsighted. If you have trouble seeing at a distance, then you're "nearsighted." Meaning, through archaic English usage, that your good sight is only for near things. Farsighted means your best vision is for far away things. However, if you were like me, and you were so nearsighted you could not even read a book, that is with 20/400 vision in one eye and 20/600 vision in the other, with astigmatism, then you're what's called "blind." Fortunately, laser surgery took care of that. I'm so happy I had it. My first cousin was actually gouged in the eye with an arrow, and he still has 20/15 vision. Of course, that healed.

Speaking of which, I think the change in Ginger's eyes was quite fascinating. That, and Katharine Isabelle's performance made her look very creepy and feral during the janitor scene.
And to think that Brigitte spent hours in that office with Ginger like that! I would have loved to hear that conversation.
